The agreement is for the temporary lease of 183 Mineshaft Drive,
Golden Vista Resort (GV), Apache Junction, Arizona 85119.
The owners of 183 Mineshaft Drive are Harlan and Linda Johnson and they agree to rent the above named non-smoking rental unit to:

For the sum of $_______ per month, the owners agree to lease to the renters for a period of time designated by this agreement. A deposit of $500 is due at the time of the agreement and the remainder upon taking possession.
Renters agree to abide by the rules of the resort in all matters as stated in the current GV by-laws and C.C.&R. Renters will be responsible for all damages beyond normal wear. Owners will maintain the property and equipment. The owners will be responsible for all utilities except for long distance phone calls and internet services. Renters will be responsible for daily upkeep and appearance of the unit and report any deficiencies to the owners in a timely fashion. The storage building on the property is shared by the owners and renters.
Renters must check in/out at the office in the GV clubhouse upon initial arrival and final departure from GV.
